Yes. If you or your friend is visiting Japan and staying at a hotel or an AirBnB, etc., we can ship to you with domestic shipping rates. However, there are certain important things you should keep in mind:
- If you order to a hotel, we have no record of it being exported unfortunately, so you'll need to pay the domestic consumption tax.
- If the products can be shipped immediately, we generally ship it out in 1-2 business days. We don't ship at all on weekends and Wednesdays. Once shipped it can take 1-2 days to arrive.
- If not immediately available, then it can be several days to several weeks until shipment.
- You should write the dates of stay at the hotel so that we can try to time delivery correctly. In some cases we may also call the hotel.
- You should confirm with the hotel that they are willing to accept deliveries. If they refuse a delivery, you may forfeit the entire order.
