Instructions

Pick the matcha or tea etc, and place into your cart. Most products available wholesale on this site is available for private labelling.
Pick the packaging you'd like, place into your cart. Certain packages are appropriate for certain sizes of tea or matcha.
If you want a custom label, simply select the label size of your choice and you will receive an artwork template via email for easy customisation.
If you want repackaging and/or label application, place the production fee into your cart.

If you do not need packaging nor repacking or labelling services, simply buy items as you need. You will then take on all responsibility as manufacturer for your final product according to the regulations of your country.

Dropshipping

Our dropshipping services is not meant to fulfil orders for retail customers. We provide this as a service to ship bulk shipments direct to your wholesale client. In such case, your client will become the importer and may need to pay courier services for import fees directly, and they will see that we are the exporting company.

Processing & Shipment time

In general, we require 2-4 business days to process your order if items are in stock, and 4-7 days for shipment for Express Airmail, 1-2 weeks for Premium Airmail, and 1-3 weeks for Standard Airmail. Shipment times vary by season, country, and of course customs office clearance procedures.

Regarding Organic Certification

Some matcha/tea can be certified organic, but certification of a private label product must be done by the factory and will require a minimum of generally 100-300 units, depending on your unit size and the factory. Certification fee is usually free, but for certain countries (USA, Canada, EU), an certificate for import of the shipment is also required and may require a fee. Please inquire if you need organic certification.
