Shipping fees vary by country, courier, and method. Place items into your inventory and go to the CART page to see the shipping estimate calculator. For some countries, we may need to manually calculate fees after purchase.
YUNOMI.LIFE'S DELIVERY GUARANTEE: We guarantee delivery for all orders shipped by airmail with a tracking number. (Conditions apply. Exceptions when notified.) Occasionally, orders may require additional customs processing for import. We will aid you to the fullest extent of our ability. If your order does not arrive within ONE month from shipment due to no fault of your own, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost. We reserve the right to refuse shipment if we think delivery to your address may be difficult. This guarantee does not apply if recipient neglects or refuses to pay customs fees & import taxes, neglects to retrieve an order held at a post office or distribution center, or if the order is not deliverable due to a wrong address. Yunomi.life's Delivery Guarantee does not apply to wholesale purchases.

Login for high volume discounts
For example, you can purchase a 1kg variant of a product and 20 units of a package, and we will repack this 1kg into 20 bags of 50 grams. If you do not need a specific package, we will use our standard white washi, brown craft, or silver foil bags (at our discretion depending on supply).
Matcha cannot be repackaged, but are sold as unlabelled inner bags that can be placed into outer bags or unlabelled cans that can be labelled.
What is included in this fee:
- Standard white washi paper bag, brown craft bag or silver foil bag (chosen at our discretion).
- Standard inkjet printed label in black / white or color
Optional services
- Other custom packaging (cans, pre-printed cans, other types of bags, pre-printed bags, etc.) are separate fees.
- Labels printed at a professional printing companies are separate fees (we charge 20% markup over the printing company, but help you organize production). We highly recommend washi paper labels though they are a little expensive.
Notes
- We cannot package tea / powder directly into a can, but can provide a bag that then goes into the can.
- We can package tea directly into bags.
