It seems the heat waves are around the world this summer, so we need to have nice cold drinks to treat ourselves.
Here is a delicious summer drink with a lovely appearance. It will definitely make you refreshed and lift your spirits!!
An Easy and Delicious Steeping Method
Fill your glass with ice cubes and pour hot tea on it.
This is a simple way, but it is a great way to enjoy your green tea cold. By cooling the steeped tea quickly, the tea keeps its taste and preserve its flavor. You can make a delicious iced green tea by just using a few more tea leaves than usual, and then steeping as normal.
Green Tea Type
You can use any type of green tea you have already in your cupboard. Fukamushicha, deep-steamed green tea, is a really good option.
Fukamushicha is made by steaming the leaves longer than usual, and as a result, the color of the tea becomes deeper-green with a rich flavor.
The clean and smooth taste goes well with iced tea, and the color makes it look nice, too!
